This comfy cozy hand made rag quilt is perfect to snuggle around baby in the stroller , or draping over the carseat carrier as you move from inside to outside in the cool weather. The fuzzy seams are created by tiny snips along the outer edge which cause the fabric to fray and fuzz, creating a very soft appearance. Made with super soft 100% cotton flannel.
